Asignning Task to Willing Members

As another thought what if, when we reach a higher number of members, we gave member task such as teacher, recruiter, tester, etc. Even has this system something to work up through. lets say everyone has the task to recruit when thet join. when they recruit, just for the sake of this suggestion, 10 people. they can move up to tester. Obviously like now we will have to prove it. They can now move up to teacher. On a side note any further advancement will recuire testing, this will stop people who are new from teaching when they themself do not know the rules. this is where the role of a test would come in. the could test people to see if the can teach other. They can conduct this by asking simple questions. I am hoping that this a helpful suggestion. if you have any furthe question please message me on the forum or on the DN. Yeah they are lol, 12/21/12 is on DN a lot of the time(I should know its all he talks about sometimes) you could also just message any of the testers and see if any of them can be free.
