Your deck style.

I don't know if this is the same for all of you, but when ever I make a deck they usually end up with the same style of play. No matter what deck I make it becomes a control/macro deck.(Ice barriers are only exception)

I just wanted to know if that was the same for everyone. When you build a deck, does it have the same style as your main ? Styles such as: Agressive decks(field swarm and mass damage), defensive(lots of protection cards), Anti-meta(has cards in it to counter what todays meta is), OTK/FTK(do your decks usually have a slightly consistent OTK/FTK ability?), stall(do you run cards that give you time to set up your hand?) or control decks(you run solemn brigade, bottomless, field control[cards that clear your opponents field] and you can stop your opponent from making plays easily) or grave control/macro(nothing goes to your opponents grave that you don't want there) lastly Stun(you make your opponents cards useless)

There are more styles of play but these are the main ones. Read them and see if your decks have a common style.

ehhhh my blackwings are aggressive but when i'm making a deck i like to try new things I made a control dragunity where i just spam legionaire and aklys to destroy 2 cards each run and then just get out leyvatean when field is clear . It just really depends what deck im playing . I have a dark world and i have that as an agressive cuz i put necro and royal tribute in there to dump all my monsters really depends

Yeah that's what usually happens with some decks. I make decks all the time but my main ones are all macro/control.

All my decks become a Beat down. I spam with boss monsters and destroy my opponent

My play style usually revolves around control and card advantage / swarming. The perfect example of that is my Ninja Gate deck. I use a Hero Gate variant that produces card advantage with a combination of Fusion Gate, The Shining, and Voltic. The control comes from using Super Polymerization and Hanzos using the transformation ninjitsu to get out White Dragon Ninja. The side deck is also key because it transforms my deck with the switch of 9 cards from a Ninja Gate deck to a Hero Drain deck. More control right there.

This play style is reflected by the decks I've used currently and in the past: Scrap, GBs, Dragunity, Stardust Assault, Machina, Ninja Gate, Mermails, Rank 4 XYZ Warrior Toolbox, Lancer Frog, and more.

I don't know to be honest.

12/21/12's is aggressive OTK. he spams field with hieratics to own. sometimes it switches to control. Ex ice barriers

I have dueled 12 a lot of times, more than I duel anyone else. I see all his decks as the same thing: Staged Beat. He builds his deck so when he is ready you can't stop what he is doing, his Hieratics are a main thing for that. His stun decks all stop you from getting in his way. His malefic deck he is known for as he says, is a deck that if you give him two turns the game is his. He looks at the weak sides of his deck, then builds it so that even if you do find the weak spot in his play he already has a counter for it. I'll say it again, he plays with you till he gets the cards he needs then the game is his. totally a Staged Beatdown.

My decks usually are control-single monster beat stick. I prefer to not have swarm seems like you lose more than you gain.

Those are pretty much the best control deck, it is what I base my ninjas on. Except the highest attack is 2700.
And a swarm deck is ment to fill your to field without draining your hand so much. Ex; Six sams and blackwings. (Maybe some fortune lady builds) they all can do a lot and still maintain their hand size. If your swarm and it leaves you close to top decking, you should know at that point it is not a swarm deck.

I like to make sure the field is clear, with no control or not im sure I will find a way around with dragunities. I play many styles depending on the situation however before i start sacrificing or using sync/XYZ's I like to make sure the field is clear. I can use trident dragon once your field is clear and OTK, or if i feel nice i will send out trident and get rid of your extra deck or maybe i will just atk repeatedly .

i have no idea what my style is i love chaos dragons my evil heroes, and if they were playable id love cyberdarks

its not based on high attack beatdown and its not burn.
